Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and can’t get back to sleep. My mind is presenting some things, probably from the sub-conscious where some things are stored. I experience the same thing while I am meditating.

I keep a pad and good pen on the nightstand to capture.

Recently, I promised myself to limit myself to less than 10 minutes of news (in any form) before noon and a 10 minute limit in the afternoon before 5:00 PM. (from all sources combined).

A wonderful word, “Kaizen” came up this week. Kaizen is a Japanese business philosophy of continuous improvement of working practices.

I think of those subjects, when I started, I was afraid, terrified even clumsy, and this Kaizen I became somewhat proficient and loved it, speaking, writing, running, climbing, swimming, teaching, the limit continues.

Once I gained some proficiency, I loved it!

That’s the pay value of Kaizen, just don’t quit.
